Coming from San Luis, a city in the north of Brazil, Cassio has started exploring the Technical University of Eindhoven. This is a nice continuation of his Master thesis work on mechanical metamaterials at the Universidade Federal do Maranhão (UFMA). His ambition is to follow an academic career and become a professor, preferably in Brazil.
Cassio likes to play soccer, hike or play drums in a rock band. He recently discovered that he also likes cooking.
